In September, we held our first inter-club meeting, where we had the opportunity to meet all the club presidents and learn about their plans for the year. It was a great chance to hear about their upcoming activities and begin discussing how we could collaborate and support each other throughout the year.

In October, we held our second meeting. As usual, we heard updates from all the club presidents, but the main focus was on an exciting idea proposed by the Thespians, in collaboration with STUCO. They introduced the concept of "Joyful Celebration," a holiday event planned for December, and asked for support from all the clubs to help bring it to life.

In November, we held our third meeting. During this session, we reminded students about the upcoming "Joyful Celebration" and confirmed that they could participate in the activities they had signed up for. Marylyn, the Interact Club president, also proposed the idea of giving a gift to the maintenance and security staff as a way to show our gratitude for all their hard work. All the presidents collaborated and shared what they could contribute to make this activity happen.
